Below is list of the locations you will be studying and performing during your stay with Austria Summer Music Festival
VOLKSSCHULE WEYER
The Volksschule Weyer is one of Weyer public schools which the Austria Summer Music Academy will occupy during the festival. It is equipped with a lounge area, eight classrooms which we will move pianos into, a basketball court and is walking distance from the town center.
EGERERSCHLOSS
Inside the castle of Weyer, students will attend daily classes and take lessons. Attached to the castle is a beautiful concert hall equipped with a Fazioli piano which our participants will perform on and attend masterclasses.
MARKTKAPELLE WEYER
Weyer has several churches where our students will perform concerts. This small church is located in the town center and is one of our locations for chamber music and voice concerts.
PFARRKIRCHE WEYER
On the foothills of Weyer, you will find the Pfarrkirche church. This will serve as another location where participants of the Austria Summer Music Academy will perform.
ALTES RATHAUS, VIENNA
A trip to Vienna is planned for our participants where they will perform in the historic Altes Rathaus. The hall has amazing acoustics and a Fazioli piano will be waiting for you.
MENDLING
Why perform in one castle when you can perform in two? Students will travel to Mendling to perform another evening in this lovely castle located thirty minutes from Weyer.
